Welcome to Colors in CoMO , a colorful exploration of pigments on paint that transcends pigments on canvas to become a dynamic interaction with the very spirit of the wonderful town we call home. This exhibition, located in the heart of the University of Missouri, cleverly taps into the viewpoints of MU students, creating a kaleidoscopic image that reflects the unique tapestry of our community. This show features the works of four artists, Joel Chrisman, Frank Stack, Janice Atkins, and John Kline, who are all connected to Columbia, Missouri. Joel Chrisman's artwork painstakingly picked from the collections of the MU Student Unions, transports us to the peaceful surroundings just outside Columbia's borders. These fascinating depictions invite us to discover the peace and tranquility found in the picturesque areas of our own backyard.
